All items are handmade or carefully curated in small batches. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. During high‑volume seasons or new product drops, processing times may extend slightly — thank you for supporting small‑batch creativity.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied when promotions are active

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Janice Boutique Shop is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We’re always happy to assist with information needed for your claim.

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
